What do you need?

You will need a Training Peaks subscription as this is the database which we will both use for delivery of your sessions, feedback, review and monitoring of progress (see Coaching fees for link ).

In addition and depending on your experience and objectives, I recommend the following:

Performance services (for running, cycling, duathlon coaching):

• Cycling: An appropriate road or TT bike and indoor turbo, smart trainer or rollers (with power meter/readings).

• Running: a good quality running watch.

• For both: I recommend a heart rate monitor.

Preparation services (for running or cycling only):

• A running watch, heart rate monitor , cycling computer /power meter would be helpful although depending on what you want to achieve, may not be essential.
