You do not need to be experienced or competitive to begin working with a coach. I can help you to get off the starting blocks if you are looking to:
• improve (or return to) fitness;
• prepare for an event (whether or not it is your first); or
• you just want to see if coaching is what you really want.

If you are new to training, a running watch, heart rate monitor, cycling computer /power meter would be helpful although depending on what you want to achieve, may not be essential. You will need a Training Peaks subscription as this is the database which we will both use for delivery of your sessions, feedback, review and monitoring of progress.
